MEMBERS : The member base is at 15,000 currently. These are all real users.  They have all come from clean traffic by Search engines, link trades, and other effort we designed into our site.  Those include a custom created easy to maintain TGP that feeds itself and is virtually cheat proof and from a Swingers Toplist . ADMIN SECTION : 

The site comes with a complete admin section to totally control the site.  All areas of the site can be monitored, including mail, chat, boards, messaging, profile, TGP, toplists, etc from it.  

We have custom written the code to interact with CCBill (our current processor.) It is all automated. We also have an affiliates program setup for those who wish to partner on the sales and marketing. This is all handled through CCBill and is of no extra cost. Proof of No Spam:

When a user signs up, they are sent a temp password and thier user name to the account they used to sign up with, that way we know that they had to be the owner of the listed email to join. With every mailing we do, the username, password and date stating when the user created thier membership is automatically included in the email.

Safety :

Since the site is of adult nature, we had to have the most foolproof ways of checking every profile with speed and ease. No one can slip in email address or offensive material without it being verified to by the admin.

I was marketing the site only 30 to 60 minutes a day and you can see by the number of users how effective it was.  Even now when I don't spend much time marketing it, the members still keep coming in. 

You would be purchasing Domain, Database, graphics, etc. All code would be become yours to use, alter, etc. (as long as you don't resell the source code.)
