Orders

This is not an affiliate program.  You receive actual money  from your customers through the shopping cart.  You will receive a list of all the products and your cost to buy them.  What you need to do then is send an email to the wholesaler telling them the product numbers, quantities and your cost and send them money through paypal.  They will then ship the product to your customer.

Processing

There is no inventory or manage.  It is all done by the wholesaler.  Your only work is to keep up with the day to day emails from your customers.  It usually won't take more than 15 minutes a day, depending on your size.  That gives you plenty of time to advertise your site.  That can be done in many ways, including pay per click search engines, toplists, buy traffic, or even just advertise some products on ebay...and you can change the prices to whatever you like too.
